The correct use and maintenance of the press brake die is also a major factor in improving the quality of the press brake die. For example, the installation and debugging method of the CNC bending machine mold should be appropriate. In the case of a hot runner, the power supply wiring should be correct, and the cooling water circuit should meet the design requirements. The parameters need to be consistent with the design requirements and so on.

The guide posts, guide sleeves and other parts with relative movement of the bending machine mold should be filled with lubricating oil frequently.
