Before the CNC press brake is ready for work, prepare the necessary operating tools and measuring tools, molds, universal squares, tape, calipers, and depth calipers. Read the drawings carefully, measure the parts according to the dimensions and technical requirements of the drawings. If they do not meet the dimensions of the drawings and the technical requirements of the parts, do not bend and report to the relevant department in time.
According to the drawing and process requirements, replace the corresponding mold, bend the smaller size parts, and remove the excess upper row. According to the technical requirements of the drawings, determine the reasonable bending sequence and process by CNC bending machine. For CNC press brake machine, the program should be dry run once, and then the bending process. Important components should be tested and verified.
