Operating procedures


  • Strictly abide by the safety operation regulations of machine tool workers, and wear labor protection articles according to the regulations.
  • Before starting, the motor, switch, line and grounding shall be carefully checked for normal and firm, and check that all the operating parts and buttons of the equipment are stuck in the correct position.
  • Check the coincidence degree and firmness of upper and lower die; Check whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of machining.
  • When the upper slide plate and each positioning axis are not in the state of origin, run the back to origin program.
  • After the equipment is started, the equipment shall be transported by air for 1-2 minutes, and the upper sliding plate will move for 2-3 times. If abnormal sound or fault is found, stop immediately, and the fault shall be eliminated and all normal can be operated.
  • One person shall be in charge of the work, so that the operator and the feeding and pressing personnel cooperate closely to ensure that the coordination personnel are in safe position before the bending signal can be sent.
  • The plate must be compacted when bending to prevent the bending of the plate from warping and hurting people.
  • When adjusting the material and pressing die, the power supply must be cut off and it shall be carried out after it stops running.
  • When changing the opening of the variable lower die, no material is allowed to contact the lower die.
  • When working, no one is allowed to stand at the back of the machine tool.
  • It is strictly forbidden to press the folding sheet material at one end separately.
  • If the workpiece or die is found to be incorrect during operation, stop the machine and correct it. It is strictly forbidden to use manual correction during operation to prevent hand injury.
  • It is forbidden to fold the super thick iron plate or quenched steel plate, high-grade alloy steel, square steel and the plate material which exceeds the performance of the plate bending machine to avoid damaging the machine tool.
  • Check the coincidence degree of upper and lower die frequently; Whether the indication of pressure gauge meets the requirements.
  • Stop the machine immediately in case of any abnormality, check the cause and eliminate it in time.
  • Before shutting down, place the wooden block on the lower mold under the cylinder on both sides to lower the upper sliding plate onto the wood block.
  • Exit the control system program first, and then cut off the power supply.
